2.1 Planning Commission June 17, 2019.
Public Hearing Items:
3.1 Hansen Heights:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1 District to R-4 District.
B. PUD -CUP related to lot requirements.
C. Amend the preliminary plat of Hansen Heights to include additional property.
3.2 Rice Companies:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1, Agriculture Rural Service District to C-3,
General Commercial District and R-7, High Density Residential District.
B. Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development — Conditional Use Permit for 6
development of commercial lots and one multiple family lot.
C. Vacation of existing drainage and utility easements and public right-of-way.
3.3 Unique Otsego Apartments:
A. PUD Concept Plan for development of a 72 unit apartment building.
3.4 Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc.: (Continued from April 15,2019)
A. Concept Plan for development of a 100 acre auto auction facility.
3.5 Comprehensive Plan amendment adopting the Otsego Parks Master Plan.
4. Update on City Council actions.
