RESOLUTION NO 92-48
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
FOR PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT NE 85TH STREET
BETWEEN NE PAGE AVENUE AND COUNTY STATE AID
HIGHWAY 42 (NE PARRISH AVENUE) CITY OF OTSEGO,
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the
28th day of September,1992, fixed a date for a council
hearing on the proposed improvement of NE 85TH Street between
NE Page Avenue and County State Aid Highway 42 (NE Parrish
Avenue),
AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing
through two weekly publications of the required notice was
given and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of
October, 1992, at which, all persons desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OTSEGO, STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is here y ordered as proposed in
the council resolution adopted 2�tlay of October 19 92
2. Larry Koshak, Engr, from Hakanson Anderson Assoc. is
hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He
shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Adopted by the council this 26 day of October , 1932.
