CITY OF OTSEGO
WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE
SALE OF LIQUOR WITHIN CITY OF OTSEGO PARKS AND TRAILS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Chapter 6, Section 7 of the Otsego City Code is hereby
amended to add the following provisions:
6-7-7 SALE OF LIQUOR
A. No person or organization shall sell any intoxicating liquor or 3.2 malt
liquor beverages within any City of Otsego park or trail.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
adoption and publication as required by law.
