APPROVING ROAD PLAT #1
FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 91-2
CITY OF-OTSEGO, COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
City on March 26, 1992, Bauerly Bros, St. Cloud, MN has
satisfactorily completed the improvement of Nashua Avenue NE
from Wright County Road #39 (NE 95TH ST) to 83RD Street NE,
and approximately one quarter (1/4) mile of 85TH ST NE, East
of the intersection of Nashua Avenue NE and 85TH Street NE.
in accordance with such contract.
WHEREAS, Hakanson Anderson & Assoc. Engineer Larry
Koshak has prepared Road Plat #1 on City of Otsego
Improvement Project #91-2
NOW THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA. The Road Plat #1 for Improvement Project 91-2 has
been accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk and Mayor
are hereby directed to sign Road Plat #1 and direct the City
Attorney to Record this document at the Wright County
Recorder's Office. Adopted by the Council this 14TH day of
December, 1992.
