OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER
AUGUST 12, 2019
Call to Order.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Tom Darkenwald, Corey Tanner and Tina
Goede. Absent: Councilmember Jason Warehime. Staff: Adam Flaherty, City
Administrator/Finance Director and Tami Loff, City Clerk.
1. City Administrator Review.
Mayor Stockamp said this portion of the meeting will be closed per MN Statute 13D.01 and
13D.05 Subdivision 3, for a performance evaluation of the City Administrator.
CM Darkenwald motioned to close this portion of the meeting at 6:04 PM for the
performance evaluation of the City Administrator. Seconded by CM Tanner. All in
favor. Motion carried 4-0.
City Clerk Loff returned after the closed portion.
CM Darkenwald motioned to reopen the regular meeting at 6:50 PM. Seconded by
CM Tanner. Motion carried 4-0.
CM Darkenwald motioned to approve step increase for the City Administrator to
Step 7, Grade 21 effective August 19, 2019. Seconded by CM Tanner. All in favor.
Motion carried 4-0.
2. Adjourn.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Goede. All in favor. Motion
carried 4-0. Adjourned at 6:51 PM.
