City staff received an application from the Rogers Lions Club to sell pull tabs at Pour Wine Bar & Bistro,
15704 90th Street NE; and Drake O'Neill's, 9125 Quaday Avenue NE. Rogers Lions Club is within the City of
Otsego trade area defined by Section 7-4-7 of the City Code as Otsego, Rogers, Albertville, St. Michael,
Monticello, and Monticello Township. The application and fee have been received and the background
check completed satisfactorily.

RESOLUTION NO. 2019-46
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the City subject to
restrictions set forth in Title 7, Section 4 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the Rogers Lions Club has submitted a complete application for premises
charitable gambling at Pour Wine Bar & Bistro, 15704 90th Street NE; and Drake
O'Neill's, 9125 Quaday Avenue NE; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the application and received a report on the
background investigation and finds the request has met the criteria set forth in the City
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Otsego that Rogers Lions Club request for a premise permit at Pour Wine Bar & Bistro,
15704 90th Street NE, Otsego MN 55330; and Drake O'Neill's, 9125 Quaday Avenue NE,
Otsego MN 55330 hereby is approved.
