City Attorney presented the staff report.
Hearing no public comment [payor Stockamp closed the Public Hearing at 6:35 PM,
CM Heidner motioned to approve Resolution 2013-56 approving Vacation of Right of
Way in the City of Otsego, County of Wright-turnback property released by the state
f Minnesota effective March 1, 2007 pursuant to release of Trunk Highway e.
1348 portion of 60th street and Queens Avenue) and reserving existing Utility
Easements and Quit Claim Deed conveyance of the sane property, subject t
execution and delivery of easement by the property owner. seconded CM Schroeder.
