City staff is recommending that the City Council approve the meeting schedule for the 2020 CIP and utility
budget process and to call for special meetings for review of the budgets and property tax levies.

City staff has developed the meeting schedule for the 2020 CIP and utility budgets process. The schedule
includes specific dates and objectives in order to provide ample opportunity to review the property tax
levies, CIP and utility fund budgets prior to final certification in December.
