CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SNOWMOBILE REGULATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF
OTSEGO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 8-1-5.6 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
B. Operation of snowmobiles within that portion of CSAH 42 (Parrish Avenue)
from the Mississippi River bridge southward to Park Avenue is prohibited.
Section 2. Section 8-1-5.Q of the City Code is hereby repealed in its entirely:

Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
