RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROPOSED BRIDGE REPLACEMENT ON KADLER
AVE BETWEEN NE 70TH STREET AND NE SOTH STREET IN THE
CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City Council agrees that the bridge on
Kadler Avenue NE, between NE 70TH Street and NE SOTH Street
is in need of replacement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OTSEGO, STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered.
2. Larry Koshak, Engr, from Hakanson Anderson Assoc. is
hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He
shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Adopted by the council this 14TH day of December, 1992.
