1. Approve Agenda: Motioned by Bill Abderhalden and seconded by Paul Fields. Approved unani-
mously
2. Approve meeting minutes from June 11th, 2019. Motioned by Bill Abderhalden and seconded by
Jim Breitbach Fields. Approved Unanimously.
3. Open forum
-Traffic circle on 85th to open for Prairie Festival
-County Road 38 to open in the next couple weeks

Elk River Fire Department - Mark Dickinson
-Not present
Ambulance
-Not present
Albertville Fire Department-
-i.5 calls to Otsego, (1) vehicle fire and medicals.
-New Engine si in service, new Tower 11 soon to follow
Rogers Fire Department
-(3) calls, with (2) for odor of gas and (i) gas line hit.
WCSO - Deputy Eric Thole
-August had many calls for service, but nothing alarming.
-Handled several complaints for soliciting without permits.

-Review city dog leach ordinance.
