ITEM 3.2ITEM 3.2 CITY OF OTSEGO COUNTY OF WRIGHT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO BE CONTINUED The Otsego Planning Commission will continue a Public Hearing previously noticed for Monday, October 7, 2019 to Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7:OOPM (or as soon after as time permits) in the Council Chambers at Otsego Prairie Center, 8899 Nashua Avenue NE, Otsego. The continuation of the Public Hearing is at the request of developer and owner Coborn Realty Company LP, 1019 Industrial Dr. S, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379 for PIDs 118-257- 001010, 118-257-001020, 118-257-000010, 118-500-000020, and 118-500-221203. The properties are located south of 90th St. (CSAR 39) and west of Parrish Ave. (CSAH 42) within Sec. 22, Twp. 121, Range 023. The request is as follows: A. Conditional use permit for a commercial car wash. B. Conditional use permit for a motor fuel facility. C. Site and building plan review. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing to ask questions and express their comments. The meeting agenda and additional information regarding the application are typically available on the City website by Noon on the Friday prior to the Public Hearing. Requests to withdraw an application or to continue the public hearing to a future meeting date received before Noon on the Friday prior to the public hearing will also be posted to the City website.
