NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO BE CONTINUED
The Otsego Planning Commission will continue a Public Hearing previously noticed for
Monday, October 7, 2019 to Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7:00 PM (or as soon after as
time permits) in the Council Chambers at Otsego Prairie Center, 8899 Nashua Avenue
NE, Otsego.
The continuation of the Public Hearing is requested by City staff related to consideration
of the applications initiated by VHF Investments, LLC, 14505 43�d Ave NE Plymouth MN
55446 on behalf of property owner Kevin Lefebvre, 8585 Parrish Ave NE, Otsego, MN.
The subject site is PID 118-500-221301, within Section 22, Twp121, Range 023.
The request is as follows:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from R6 District to R5 District.
B. Preliminary Plat.
All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing to ask questions and
express their comments. The meeting agenda and additional information regarding the
application are typically available on the City website by Noon on the Friday prior to the
Public Hearing. Requests to withdraw an application or to continue the public hearing to
a future meeting date received before Noon on the Friday prior to the public hearing will
also be posted to the City website. If you would like further information regarding the

advance of the meeting.
