WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute §471.345 subd. 17 authorizes the City to sell surplus
materials and equipment using an electronic selling process in which purchasers compete
to purchase at the highest purchase price in an open and interactive environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Otsego,
Wright County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the items listed above are hereby declared surplus materials and equipment.
2. City staff are hereby authorized to proceed with the disposition of the property in
accordance with Minnesota Statute §471.345 subd. 17.
