I am referencing the above property owner of an apartment complex in the City of Sartell.
His apartment complex Victory Court Apartments is one of several luxury apartment complexes
in the city, and a much sought out place to live. From the facilities grounds, to the interior of the
buildings Mr. Schultz and his staff do an excellent job of professionally maintaining these
properties. I conduct property maintenance inspections on Mr. Schultz's apartment complexes
with outstanding results. When an issue does arise Mr. Schultz is very prompt on correcting the
issue. Mr. Schultz and his staff are always available to his resident's needs and questions. I have
heard numerous positive comments from his residents in regards to Mr. Schultz and his staff in
managing the apartment complex.
In my opinion Mr. Schultz and his staff go above and beyond most other apartment
complexes in the area, to snake his property a place people want to live and raise families. Mr.
Schultz is a very important asset to the City of Sartell and your city would be very fortunate to
have Mr. Schultz as a property owner and manager in your area.
