The City Council approved a final plat and development agreement for the first phase of Hansen Heights on 22 July 2019. Section 10-5-3.13.8 of the Subdivision Ordinance requires that the approved final plat be recorded within 100 days of City Council approval. Section 11-5-3-13.8 of the Subdivision Ordinance also allows the City Council to approve an extension of the recording deadline if requested prior to expiration of the 100 -day period. The developer has submitted a letter requesting extension of the final plat approval to 31 March 2020. City staff advised the developer that we would recommend a request to delay the recording of the final plat into 2020 be conditioned upon the fees outlined in the development agreement being updated to the 2020 fee schedule. The developer has acknowledged this condition in their letter requesting the extension. ■ Letter from VHF Investments LLC dated October 21, 2019 POSSIBLE MOTION Motion to approve an extension to record the final plat of Hansen Heights to 31 March 2020 at the request of VHF Investments LLC, subject to the City fee schedule in effect at the time of execution and recording.
