CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR LAND TO BE
DEVELOPED AS PART OF THE HAMLET'S CREEKVIEW PRELIMINARY PLAT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. The official Zoning Map of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended to change the zoning classification of the property described as PID 118 -113-
001050,118 -800 -103300,118 -800-152200,
18-113-
001050,118-800-103300,118-800-152200, and 118-800-152300.
Section 2. The portion of the property described by Exhibit B is hereby rezoned
from A-1, Agriculture Rural Service District and R-1, Residential Long Range Urban
Service Area District (River Frontage) to R -C, Residential Rural Open Space Cluster
District designation.
Section 3. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make appropriate
changes to the official Zoning Map of the City of Otsego to reflect the change in zoning
classification set forth above.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication and the filling of a final plat.
