SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER
OCTOBER 24, 2019
Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Tina Goede, Jason Warehime, Tom
Darkenwald and Corey Tanner. Staff: Adam Flaherty, City Administrator/Finance Director; Ron
Wagner, City Engineer; and Daniel Licht, City Planner.
1. City Attorney Interviews.
Al Campbell Knutson, P.A.
David Kendall and Soren Mattick were present from the firm and presented the firm's
proposal and were interviewed by the City Council.
B] Eckberg Lammers, P.C.
Christopher Nelson and Patrick Sweeney were present from the firm and presented the
firm's proposal and were interviewed by the City Council.
Upon completion of the interviews, the City Council briefly discussed how to move forward.
Mayor Stockamp mentioned she specifically wanted to finish calling references for all the firms.
It was agreed that Council would think during the course of the weekend. City
Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty noted that the Council could further discuss this topic
during the Council Update portion of the Council meeting on October 28tH

CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Warehime. All in favor.
Motion carried. Adjourned at 8:02 PM.
