SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER
NOVEMBER 4, 2019
Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:30PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Tina Goede, Tom Darkenwald and
Cory Tanner. Absent: Councilmember Warehime. Staff: Kelly Thelen, Administrative
Assistant; and Daniel Licht, City Planner.
1. Consider Resolution Releasing Certain Property from Recorded Developers
Agreements- Outlot C, Bury Industrial Park.
CM Darkenwald asked if the developers' agreement is released, is there anything under
a new developers' agreement. Mayor Stockamp said it would be a separate agreement.
City Planner Licht explained that the development agreement is being released from the
Outlot, which a sale is being closed on tomorrow. He further explained a new
developer's agreement will be put in place when that development is approved.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adopt Resolution 2019-66 releasing certain
property from recorded developers' agreements for Outlot C, Bury Industrial
Park. Seconded by CM Goede. All in favor. Motion carried.
2. Adjourn.
CM Tanner motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Goede. All in favor.
Motion carried. Adjourned at 6:43 PM.
