ORD 19-23ORDINANCE NO.: 2019-23 CITY OF OTSEGO COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE REGARDING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, AND TRANSIENT MERCHANT LICENSE EXCEMPTIONS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 4-5-4 of the City Code (Peddlers, Solicitors, and Transient Merchants — Exemptions) is hereby amended to add the following provision: F. Persons age eighteen (18) years or younger soliciting for school -sponsored activities or for youth organizations where persons age eighteen (18) years or younger are the members of the organization where the proceeds of the sale benefit the school or youth organization. Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
