BACKGROUND/J USTI FI CATION:
This payment includes work completed through December 4, 2019. Kuechle Underground, Inc. has
completed the installation of the lift station and valve manholes including all appurances. They have also
made the connection to the existing Magnolia Landing gravity sanitary sewer and installed new forcemain
and watermain stubs. Only 50% of the Lift Station appurances, and 75% of the watermain, forcemain, and
gravity sewer are being paid for until all testing has passed and the lift station is tested and running.
The concrete pad for the electrical control panel has been installed so the electrical contractor and Wright
Hennepin will now be able to start their work.
Pay Estimate #1 is for $104,198.00. In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the
maximum of 5% retainage of work completed, which accounts to $5,484.11 at this time.
