City staff has outlined the adjustments to the fee schedule for 2020 in the attached draft. Some items to note include: Water & Sewer Availability/Connection Charges & Storm Water Impact Charges; these increases were based off of an index from Engineering News -Record (ENR) from November 2018 to November 2019. Development Application Fees; these fees were reviewed and some of the escrow fees were adjusted to meet estimated actual expenses. Street Lights; costs incurred were added to the Type 1 and Type 2 City installed street lights. Water Meters; Ultra -Sonic Water meter assembly fees was also added per Sec. 8-2-2.D.
