THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. State of Minnesota Surcharge A surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by Chapter 4, Section 1 of the City Code in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §1613.70. Special Investigation Fee The fee for a special investigation shall be equal to (but in addition to) the building permit fee.
