The following information pertains to the agenda for the Planning Commission meeting on 6
January 2020:
Martin Farms 3rd Addition Wetland Buffer. This application was tabled at the 2
December 2019 Planning Commission meeting. City staff has requested an extension of
the application review from Lennar to allow for an on-site inspection of the wetland and
wetland buffer in the Spring. City staff hopes to be able to find the wetland of marginal
value as a basis for further reducing or eliminating the buffer requirement for Lots 1 -7,
Block 1 Martin Farms 3rd Addition. There will be no action or discussion regarding this
application at the Planning Commission meeting on 6 January 2020.
Kittredge Crossings Outlot O. The concept plan for a 72 unit apartment building
submitted by Otsego Unique Apartments, LLC was tabled pending receipt of the
multiple family housing study being completed by City staff. City staff is finalizing the
study and will review with the City Council Administrative Subcommittee in January.
City staff expects to present the study to the Planning Commission at their meeting on 3
February 2020. There will be no action or discussion regarding this application at the
Planning Commission meeting on 6 January 2020.
