DECEMBER 23, 2019
Call to Order.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Tom Darkenwald, Corey Tanner, Jason
Warehime and Tina Goede. Staff: Adam Flaherty, City Administrator/Finance Director; Dan
Licht, City Planner and Dave Kendall, City Attorney.
1. Closed Session.
Mayor Stockamp said this portion of the meeting will be closed per Minnesota Statute §13D.05,
Subdivision 3C, to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real or
personal property.
Mayor Stockamp motioned to proceed into a closed session in accordance with
Minnesota Statute §13D.05 at 6:01 PM. Seconded by CM Darkenwald. All in favor.
Motion carried 4-0.
CM Warehime arrived to the meeting at 6:05 PM.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn the closed session at 6:49 PM. Seconded by CM
Warehime. Motion carried 5-0.
CM Darkenwald motioned to reopen the meeting at 6:50 PM. Seconded by CM
Warehime. Motion carried 5-0.
2. Adjourn.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Warehime. All in favor.
Motion carried 5-0. Adjourned at 6:51 PM.
