RESOLUTION NO: 2020-01
ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, the Star News is a qualified newspaper of general circulation within the City of Otsego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF THE OTSEGO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY:
1. That the Otsego Economic Development Authority (EDA) has designated the Star News as the
EDA's official newspaper effective immediately.
2. That all matters which are required by law to be published in an official newspaper, and all other
matters which the EDA shall deem advisable and in the public interest to be published, shall be
published in the Star News.
ADOPTED by the Otsego Economic Development Authority this 13th day of January, 2020.
