CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR LAND INCLUDED
AS PART OF THE DARA GLEN ADDITION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. The official Zoning Map of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended to change the zoning classification of the property legally described by Exhibit A.
Section 2. The portion of the property described by Exhibit A is hereby rezoned
from A-1, Agriculture Rural Service District to 1-2, General Industrial District.
Section 3. The zoning map of the City of Otsego shall not be republished to show
the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in
the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in
this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon
are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.

DARA GLEN ADDITION
That part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 121 North,
Range 24 West, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast comer of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence
South 88 degrees 51 minutes 29 seconds West along the south line of said West Half of
the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 1329.58 feet to the southwest comer of the said
West Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes 11 seconds
West along the west line of the said West Half of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of
439.08 feet; thence North 88 degrees 51 minutes 29 seconds East parallel with said
south line of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 991.23 feet; thence
northwesterly a distance of 247.97 feet along a non-tangential curve, concave to the
west having a radius of 560.00 feet, a central angle of 25 degrees 22 minutes 16
seconds and a chord that tears North 13 degrees 49 minutes 39 seconds West; thence
North 26 degrees 30 minutes 47 seconds West, tangent to said curve, a distance of
195.24 feet; thence North 63 degrees 29 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 80.00
feet; thence North 88 degrees 51 minutes 29 seconds East Parallel with said south line
of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 405.04 feet to the east line of
said West Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 56 minutes 53
seconds East along said east line of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter, a distance
of 889.72 feet to the point of the beginning.
