ORDINANCE NO. 2007 —17
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE WITHIN
THE CITY OF OTSEGO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 5-8-5 (PUBLIC NUISANCES AFFECTING PEACE AND SAFETY)
of the City Code shall be amended to read as follows:
AA. CONSTRUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE: Maintenance of construction
sites for which a building permit has been issued shall consist of the
