RESOLUTION NO. 2020-12
DECLARING CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY
SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING SALE
WHEREAS, Used Sanitary Chimney Seals and Castings no longer serves any useful City function;
and
WHEREAS, City staff has determined that these items may present value for sale on the internet
or otherwise be recycled or disposed of.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Declare removed sanitary chimney seals and castings are hereby declared surplus
property.
2. City staff are hereby authorized to proceed with the disposition of the property by sale
of the items over the internet, recycled or disposed of accordingly.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 24th day of February, 2020.
