The City Council approved a final plat and development agreement for the first phase of Hansen Heights on 22 July 2019. Section 10-5-3.13.8 of the Subdivision Ordinance requires that the approved final plat be recorded within 100 days of City Council approval. The City Council approved an extension of the deadline to record the final plat to 31 March 2020 in accordance with Section 11-5-3-13.8 of the Subdivision Ordinance. The developer has submitted a letter requesting an additional extension of the final plat approval to 30 June 2020. The initial request to delay the recording of the final plat into 2020 was conditioned upon the fees outlined in the development agreement being updated to the 2020 fee schedule. The developer has acknowledged this condition in their letter requesting the second extension.
