1. Call to order at 18:33
2. Approve Agenda: Motioned by Bill Abderhalden and seconded by Dan Freiberg. Approved
unanimously
3. Approve meeting minutes from January 14, 2020. Motioned by Bill Abderhalden and seconded by
Dan Freiberg. Approved Unanimously.
4. Open forum

5. Public Safety updates:
Elk River Fire- Mark Dickinson
- Went over year end report, 497 total call 105 in Otsego
- talked about corona virus.
Albertville fire- Jeff Davis
- busier January, slower February
Elk River Ambulance- Steve
- Went over run volume and mutual aid reports
- talked about what it would take to stage an ambulance in Otsego
Wright County Sheriff's office — Deputy Jason Oltmanns
- went over WCSO activity report
6. New Business
Elections
Chair- Jim Breitbach nominated Bill ABderhalden and was seconded by Dan Freiberg passed
unanimously.
Vice Chair- Dan Freiberg was nominated by Bille Abderhalden and was seconded by Jim Breitbach
passed unanimously.
Secretary- Greg Hubbard was voted in with majority voting for.
Recommendation to City Council to request additional data from ambulance services. We are
requesting 1. Dispatch times 2. On scene time 3. Transport time 4. Time of arrival to the hospital 5.
Time back in service. 6. If the call was emergent or non -emergent. Motion was made by Bill
Abderhalden and seconded by David Greeman passed unanimously.
Motion to adjourn Paul Fields seconded by Bill Abderhalden passed unanimously.
