City staff is seeking City Council direction in order to finalize the logo for Water Tower #2.

BACKGROUND/J U STI FI CATI O N :
In April 2020, the City initiated the reconditioning of Water Tower #2 and is nearing its first month of
construction progress. At this point of the construction process, the Contractor is looking for the City to
finalize the logo, of which will be painted in three locations upon the tower.
City staff has worked with Kim Welter at DesignKW to assist the City with logo options. The Public Works
Subcommittee during the April meeting reviewed the options, and recommended the full City Council
review and provide direction.
