CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF THE CITY CODE
REGARDING THE UTILITY BILLING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 6-2-3 of the Otsego City Code is hereby amended to
include the following provisions:
D. All charges shall be due and payable as provided in this Section
within 30 days after the date of any billing statement.
E. Any unpaid charges shall constitute a lien against the premises
from and after the date they were due and shall be processed as
delinquent in accordance with Section 6-2-5 of this Chapter.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
