CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
OTSEGO PERTAINING TO PARK AND TRAIL DEDICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 21-7-18.1.1 of the Otsego Subdivision Ordinance is hereby
amended to read as follows:
1. Residential Development: $3,080.00 per dwelling unit.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective 1 January 2009 upon its
passage and publication according to law.
