CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OTSEGO CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 2-4-2.B.1 of the Otsego City Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:

Section 2. Section 4-1-2 of the Otsego City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
A. The issuance of building permits and the collection of fees shall be as
authorized in Minnesota Statute §326.121, Subdivision 2.
B. A surcharge fee shall also be collected on all permits issued for work
governed by this Section in accordance with Minnesota Statutes
§326.148.
C. Building permit fees shall be assessed in accordance with Section 2-4-
2.B.1 of the City Code for work governed by this Section.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
