SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER
JUNE 22, 2020
Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Corey Tanner, Tom Darkenwald, and
Jason Warehime. Councilmember Tina Goede arrived at 6:10 PM. Staff: Adam Flaherty, City
Administrator/Finance Director; City Attorney Dave Kendall, City Planner Daniel Licht, and Tami
Loff, City Clerk.
1. Elected Officials Training.
City Attorney Kendall presented training to the City Council as outlined in the packet.
CM Darkenwald motioned at 6:59 PM to re -continue this meeting after the regular
scheduled City Council meeting at 7:00 PM. Seconded by CM Warehime. All in favor.
Motion carried 5-0.
CM Darkenwald reopened the meeting at 10:16 PM. Seconded by CM Warehime. All
in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
2. 2021 Budget and Property Tax Levy Review.
Due to time this item will be brought back to a future meeting.
3. Adjourn.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Goede. Motion carried 5-0.
