City staff recommends the City Council approve sending the following request for additional data to all
three of the ambulance service providers in the City.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Otsego Public Safety Commission at their March meeting voted in favor to recommend the City Council
request additional data from all three of the ambulance services for the 4th quarter report as follows:
1. Dispatch times
2. On Scene time
3. Transport time
4. Time of arrival to the hospital
5. Time back in service
6. Of the call was emergent or non -emergent
