RESOLUTION NO: 2020-47
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE OTSEGO LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, The Lions Club has made a donation of a Ga -Ga pit to the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the donation to the City is for the purpose of providing expanded recreational opportunities
to park users; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property
be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks The Otsego Lions Club for their generous donation and for
its support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the donation from the Otsego Lions Club for a Ga -Ga pit has been hereby accepted.
