They reported on �alnesboro, i��. � . some of their experiences and urged other Commissioners to consider attending the National Historical Preservation Conference which will he held for four days in St. Paul next year, Applications for scholarships can be submitted in 201 $,due in March. Otsego Festival ' The general consensus was that the Festival was a good success, even though it stopped early due to a rain downpour. t the Festival Jamie talked with Raymond mond K. Davis(otsegoborn2@yahoo,corn,; phone; 763 744 g whose familyhas a long history in Otsego. Gail will talk with him re: any possible historic pictures and Davis family history in Otsego. Chrisbanner of schools serving Otsego needs to he bigger(10 x 1 ft. and Toni stated it suggested that the g needs to los hung out front instead of behind other displays. Chris felt it needed a letter hanging mechanism. Perhaps the bottom could be weighted to keep it stable, Jessica offered. ' HPC want to have updated design covers of t ego's historical hoots, Her family ��a questioned whether to owns a book bindery in Coon Rapids and would bind the books as a donation to 0H.PC. Jessica will follow through with our graphic artist King Welter about this. Names for new parks ' o two new arks to be developed: C a is Farm. Park and Waterfront East Part, both of Dan memo refers t which need to be formally all named. HPC is being asked by the Parks and recreation Commission to research the areas and history of these two sites and to suggest some possible names recommendations. . Gail will follow through on the study and bring name suggestions to the next meeting. Remodeltng Prairie Center Jessica reports the Cit is hoping that by mid t enol of November ember we an get into the Prairie'Community Center after its remodeling is completed.
