CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
OTSEGO TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN PARK DEDICATION FEES IN LIEU OF
LAND FOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 21-7-18.1.1 of the Otsego Subdivision Ordinance is hereby
amended to read as follows:
1. Residential Development: $2,820.00 per dwelling unit.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
