BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Construction of the Otsego Prairie Park Pickleball Court began in July of 2020. Sunram Construction, Inc.
has submitted Pay Request #1, which includes concrete, asphalt, fencing, and construction site
preparation.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding 5% retainage of work completed, which
accounts to $5,218.34 at this time.
