ORD 04-20ORDINANCE NO.: 2004-20 CITY OF OTSEGO COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE WILD AND SCENIC RECREATIONAL RIVER DISTRICT CONSISTENT WITH LEGISLATION SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR ON 29 MAY 2004. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 20-95-5.0 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: C. Within the WSRR District within Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 23, 25, 26, and 36 Township 121 North, Range 23 West not listed within B. above=and excluding that part of government lots 1 and 2 of Section 14, Government lot 1 of Section 23, and the southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 23 West, lying beyond 300 feet of the ordinary high water level of the Mississippi River, (Subdistrict C) the following are permitted uses: Section 2. Section 20-95-6.0 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: C. Within the WSRR District within Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 23, 25, 26, and 36 Township 121 North, Range 23 West not listed within B. above and excluding that part of government lots 1 and 2 of Section 14, Government lot 1 of Section 23, and the southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 23 West, lying beyond 300 feet of the ordinary high water level of the Mississippi River, (Subdistrict C) the following are conditional uses: Section 3. Section 20-95-7.E of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: C. The WSRR District within Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 23, 25, 26, and 36 Township 121 North, Range 23 West not listed within D. above and excluding that part of government lots 1 and 2 of Section 14, Government lot 1 of Section 23, and the southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 23 West, lying beyond 300 feet of the ordinary high water level of the Mississippi River, (Subdistrict C) shall conform to the provisions and administrative procedures listed in item D with the following exceptions to the provisions of those parts. Where these standards conflict with the standards of the base zoning districts, the more restrictive standard shall prevail. Section 4. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make appropriate changes to the official Zoning Map of the City of Otsego to reflect the changes set forth above. Section 5. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication. PASSED by the Otsego City Council this 13th day of September, 2004.
