ORD 20-15ORDINANCE NO.: 2020-15 CITY OF OTSEGO COUNTY OF WRIGHT STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR LAND INCLUDED WITHIN THE KITTREDGE CROSSINGS PUD DISTRICT. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. The official Zoning Map of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the property legally described as Outlot H, Kittredge Crossings. Section 2. The property is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development District in accordance with the City Council approval on 12 May 2003. Section 3. The PUD District for Kittredge Crossings designates the property to be subject to the requirements for office uses, which is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the B-4, Business -Warehouse District. Section 4. The PUD District for Kittredge Crossings is hereby amended to designate the property be subject to the allowed uses and performance standards of the R-6, Residential Medium Density District and as may be modified by approval of a PUD Development Stage Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. Section 5. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication according to Law.
