RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 91-1
MSA PROJECT 217-102-02
CITY OF OTSEGO,
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, pursuant.to an advertisement for bids for the
improvement of the following:
85TH Street NE between Page Avenue NE and County State Aid
Highway #42, MSA project 2317-102-02, City Improvement
Project 92-1, City of Otsego, Minnesota,
Bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law,
and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

HARDRIVES, INC, PLYMOUTH, MN $267,218.43

C S MC CROSSAN CONST INC $381,736.14
GMH ASPHALT $267,006.89
NORTHDALE CONSTRUCTION $282,042.55

VALLEY PAVING, INC $261,134.91
BAUERLY BROTHERS, CO $243,913.74
and WHEREAS, it appears that Bauerly Bros, St Cloud, MN
is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA=
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Bauerly Bros of St
Cloud, Minnesota in the name of the City of Otsego for the
improvement of 85TH ST NE between Page Avenue NE and County
State Aid Highway 42, MSA project 217-102-02 City of Otsego,
MN, according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the
Deputy Clerk.
,2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their
bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed.
