1. Approve Agenda: Motioned by Bill Adberhalden and seconded by Greg Hubbard
2. Approve meeting minutes from September 8th, 2020. Motioned by Bill Adberhalden and
seconded by Jim Breitbach. Approved Unanimously.
3. Open forum - Alan Andres 7637 Odell Cir NE - Golf Carts, looking to change the city ordi-
nance and allow golf carts on the city roadways. Deputy Oltmanns discussed city/state
laws. Deputy Oltmanns also discussed safety issues with allowing citizens to use the golf
carts on the roadway, especially with all the roadway construction in the city.

Deputy Jason Oltmanns - Went over crime data within the city
Old business:
Fire Study - Approved in 2018 - Beacon GIS system completed the study. The current system
is meeting national standards - City Planner Dan Licht, & City Administrator Adam Flaherty
went over the study and provided the board with details of costs and possible future plans.
They also discussed where the 3 fire stations would be built in the city and the timeline to pur-
chase property and build each station.
New business:
Golf Carts and the city ordinance
EMSRB - Tony Spector requested to attend next meeting.
