RECOMMENDATION:
City staff recommends the City Council accept bids and award the contract for the 70th Street Trunk
Watermain to Water Tower #4, City Project No. 20-09.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Bids for the 70th Street Trunk Watermain to Water Tower #4, City Project No. 20-09 project will be opened
Monday, October 26, 2020. Therefore, final materials will be distributed and presented by City staff at the
Council Meeting
The current engineers estimate of $313,139.25 is the total estimated project cost. Construction is anticipated
to be completed by December 15 th 2020.
