BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Construction of the Otsego Prairie Park Pickleball Court began in July of 2020. Sunram Construction, Inc.
has submitted their second pay request which includes finish grading, fence installation, and turf
restoration.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding 5% retainage of work completed, which
accounts to $6,900.65 at this time.
