This compensation system provides the framework for determining how employees will be paid. City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty gave the Pavement Management CIP overview. City Engineer Ron Wagner discussed recommendation on how to continue to provide adequate funding for all future street maintenance and renewal projects. Staff is seeking direction from the City Council on whether any additional review topics or budget meetings are necessary, or if the City Council concurs with what has been presented and reviewed thus far. Streets Operations Manager Kevin Lamson updated the City Council on the upcoming projects the City needs to plan for in the next 10 years. CM Tanner motioned for break at 7:02 PM, seconded by CM Goede. Roll Call: Goede, Tanner, Stockamp. All in Favor. Motion carried 3-0. Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting back to order at 7:49 PM. CM Tanner wanted to thank the City Staff as a side note about Elections. The Council would like to know if there is something, they can do to show appreciation to the City Staff that put in countless hours. They asked Mr. Flaherty to put together options. Deputy Clerk Bethany Benting stated she will write letters to Election Judges and have Council Members sign thanking them for their hard work/dedication serving the Otsego residents. 3. CARES Act Funding. City Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty gave an update on the CARES Act Funding. The City had 19 applications and gave out about $463,000 to date and $60,000 pending. 4 Letter of Support - Wright County Highway Safety Improvement Program. City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty suggested Council to send a letter to the HSIP. All three council members concurred. Mayor Stockamp will sign the letter and send it. 5.
