Call to Order.
Chair Black called the meeting to order at 71,900 PM,
Roll C [l ,Chair Pari Black; Commissioners; grid Thompson T mmi Fallon, Richard
Nichols and Heather Eidem. Absent: Aaron strit sky,, Brian Gerten and Jiro Ill s.
City Council: CM Vern H idn r. staff: Daniel Licht, City Planner; and Tani Loff, City
Clerk.

Commissioner Thompson motioned to approve as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Eidem. All in favor. Motion carried.
2, Public H r!nQ iters:
2..Nolden:
A. Conditional Use Permit to allow relocation of an exist! ng_single
family dwelling onto a lot within the City in accordance with Section
20-19-10f the Zoning Ordinance.
City Planner Licht presented the Planning Report. Applicant Mark Nolden was present
and agreed with the City staff report.
City Clerk Loff attested that all the proper noticing, pasting and publishing has been
completed.
Chair Black opened the Public Hearing at 7:06 PM,
Commissioner Nichols asked the applicant if the trees in the front of the property along
78Th Street would be removed. Mr. Nolden said just a 40 foot wide section of them.
Commissioner Thomson questioned haw close the deck from the property next to the
applicant was from the property line. Mr. Nolden estimated 20 feet, City Planner Licht
said that the required setback for the deck is 10 feed.
Hearing no public comments Chair Black dosed the Public Hearing at 7.09 PM.
Commissioner Fallon motioned to approve a conditional use permit to allow
relocation of an existing single family dwelling to Block 4, Lot 14 Walesch
Estates 2"a Addition subject to the five conditions [fisted in the Planning
Report, Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. All in favor. Motion carried.
3, Update on City Council actions.
CM Heidn r updated the Commissioners ori City Council actions.
4. Update on future Plannin Commission Agenda items.
Cir Clerk LofF said the next meeting will be August 19, 2013.

Commissioner Fallon motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Eidem. All in favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:18Ptd.
