1. Mayor Stockamp will call the meeting to order.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Dan Scharber and Tom
Darkenwald. Councilmember Vern Heidner arrived at 6:50 PM.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Tami Loff, City Clerk; Gary Groen,
Finance Director; Daniel Licht, City Planner; Ron Wagner, City Engineer; Andy
MacArthur, City Attorney and Brad Belair, Public Works Supervisor. Scott
Richards, TPC.
2. Discussion of Great River Centre.
City Engineer Wagner reviewed the Engineer's memo.
City Attorney MacArthur said the City had an agreement with Appello to complete
the work by June 1st and they have not. He reviewed the Resolution to draw the
$125,000 escrow and a Resolution to draw the letter of credit (LOC). The LOC is
good until next year.
CM Darkenwald asked about the time table, when to draw. City Attorney
MacArthur said this would authorize staff to draw on LOC if needed.
The City Council reviewed options.
